Our Process

1. During your initial conversation, our staff will gather information regarding your expectations, your needs, your timeframe and will share this with your Project Coordinator. Your Project Coordinator will contact you promptly to schedule your complimentary estimate.

3. Once you select Benchmark, contact us by phone, fax, or email and we'll schedule your project. Your Project Coordinator will provide a start date that's convenient for you.

4. On the first day of your project, your crew will arrive on time. Cleanliness is a top priority, so they will cover everything in and around the area they are working. In the interior, they will put heavy furniture in the middle of the room and cover it with durable plastic. Prior to our arrival, it's helpful if you remove small, breakable items from the area.

5. After a thorough preparation, the crew starts your project, meeting or exceeding professional standards. Our crews have been with Benchmark many years. We consistently train our crews, expecting them to be courteous and professional and to respect your home.

6. Upon completion, your foreman will walk through the project with you to ensure your 100% satisfaction. Our staff are just a phone call away if you have any questions or comments about our work.

7. At the end of the entire job, our office sends you a customer satisfaction survey so you can assess how we've performed. We are always looking to improve our service and appreciate all comments. We share your survey with our staff and with your crew.
